Have you heard of IANDS-International Association for Near Death Studies?

On the morning of Feb 24, I flew from Phoenix to Salt Lake City at the invitation of IANDS Utah.  IANDS stands for International Association for Near Death Studies and IANDS Utah is the largest local organization in the U.S. (Each group is independent of the international organization and operates separately.)

I was in London, England when I received the invitation from their president and our long time friend, Martin Tanner. I accepted immediately because this is a very special group of people!  Utah IANDS has a three-fold purpose:

  • To facilitate and foster greater acceptance and understanding of near-death experiences;
  • To advance, encourage and promote research and study of near-death experiences; and
  • To provide information, guidance, comfort, care and other assistance to those concerned with terminal illness, death, disability, disease and related issues.

Many of the people involved are experiencers and they are always very warm and gracious to me.  I think it was the fourth or fifth time I have spoken at IANDS Utah.
I also premiered my new book, Memories of Heaven, which is now on in print and Kindle.  During my talk, I told a story or two from this book about memories from our premortal life.  It appeared to be well-received, and we sold out of all the copies I had available. I love IANDS Utah!

Here is my talk. Hope you like it.   Check out IANDS Utah’s website for a variety of other fabulous messages.

I have chosen to call these preborn children “morning stars,” based… Continue Reading

Miscarriage and Regaining Hope

Miscarriage is one of the most devastating experiences any woman can go through.  I know, I have had several.  My heart was broken and I thought I would never heal emotionally.  But time, the love of family and friends, and other experiences bring hope  and eventually emotional healing to us. Sarah:  “Mother, Don’t Be Sad”… Continue Reading
